Shipping Policy

Each Jimny XL 5-door drawer and platform system is custom-built to order in collaboration with Outback Touring Solutions (OTS). Once your order is confirmed, it enters production within 48 hours. Please allow a production lead time of 3–4 weeks before dispatch. This may vary slightly based on demand and component availability.


Domestic Shipping (Australia Only)

We currently ship within Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Please note: We may be able to provide shipping quotes to other countries. Please get in touch via exploresetups@outlook.com to commence a quote.

Once your drawer system is ready, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier information. 

Please note that that all goods shipped will have a “No Authority to Leave” attached to it if you’ve selected delivery. If they are not present upon delivery, it will be available for pickup from your closest local depot or a re-delivery may be scheduled. This is due to the goods being of high value and cannot be left unattended.

All systems are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

If you were to authorise delivery without a signature (Authority to Leave), we are not liable for lost or stolen goods after delivery confirmation. We will always issue a “No Authority to Leave” as default. Once delivery is confirmed by the courier (including ATL), responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after this point unless it results from a product defect.

Due to the size and weight of our drawer systems, deliveries are made via freight services. 

For remote or non-standard access locations, additional delivery time may apply.


Transit Times

Shipping times vary by location but typically range from 3 to 10 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery windows. We're unable to speed up any delivery times once shipped from OTS as this is handled by our shipping provider where delivery times may be subjected to a range of circumstances.


Damages in Transit

We take every precaution to ensure your system arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please:

  • Keep all original packaging
  • Take clear photos of the damage and packaging
  • Email us at exploresetups@outlook.com with a description and photos

We will assist with a claim via the shipping provider and liaise with OTS if required for product-related resolutions.
