Warranty & Returns Policy

Returns or Cancellations

Due to the custom-built nature of each drawer and platform system, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or change-of-mind refunds once an order has entered production (within 48 hours of purchase). Please ensure you are confident with your selection before placing an order.

Warranty and Shipping Coverage

Warranty for manufacturing defects or faulty components is provided by Outback Touring Solutions (OTS). If you believe your product has a defect, items missing from your delivery, or there is a problem with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To lodge a warranty claim:

  • Email exploresetups@outlook.com
  • Include your order number, detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of goods received

All claims are assessed by OTS in line with their warranty standards. If the claim is approved according to our timeframes set out in this policy, repair or replacement will be arranged at no cost to you. 

Please note: Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, missing items or damage caused after 7 days of delivery. It is important that the receiver contacts us within this timeframe to address any issues within appropriate timeframes (7 days).

Vehicle Compatibility

This system is designed exclusively for the Suzuki Jimny XL (5-door, JC74 2023- model). It will not fit the 3-door Jimny or other variants.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm vehicle compatibility prior to ordering.
  • No refunds or returns will be issued due to incorrect vehicle selection.

Installation Disclaimer

ExploreSetups and Outback Touring Solutions (OTS) are not responsible for the installation of drawer systems or platform kits but may offer to install the product on-side at OTS should the customer prefer pick-up locally. We only provide and ship the product for any customers who do not select pick-up as their preferred collection method. Any installation where the storage system is shipped must be completed by the customer or a qualified professional. We strongly advise against having passengers in one of the rear passenger seats of the vehicle whilst objects, such as a fridge, is located to the right or left of the passenger that can result in any type of damage to the passenger during normal driving or off-roading.

We are not liable for:

  • Any injury, accident, or damage resulting from the use or installation of the product
  • Issues caused by incorrect fitting or modification
  • Any damages, injuries or liabilities whatsoever regarding the fitment of any products provided by ExploreSetups and OTS
