Secure your 30L Drawer Fridge with the custom housing surround designed to securely fit most 30L drawer-style fridges within the Jimny XL rear setup. Housing can be placed either left or right and allows for one rear seat to be used. Easy bolt-on and a pull-out table can also be added above the fridge for extra functionality.

This custom-built fridge housing is designed to integrate seamlessly with the Jimny XL Complete Rear Setup, offering a clean, secure enclosure for most 30L drawer-style fridges.
Suitable for XTM and Dometic 30L drawer fridges. Check with us for other suitable options!
The surround doesn't only protect your fridge on all sides while maintaining airflow with a precision-cut vent, but its mostly added to the setup if combined with a pull-out table.
This housing bolts into place with no need for modification, and keeps your fridge stable and flush within the setup. Fridge is not included and pull-out table shown must be purchased seperately.

The product is made to order and lead time is 3-4 weeks*. After placing your order, you will have 48 hours to modify/cancel your order before it goes into manufacturing. Once it is placed under manufacturing, the order is non-refundable.
We provide flat rate shipping $150 in Australia or pickup from OTS in Bells Creek, QLD 4551. We may be able to ship internationally depending on location. Please contact us for further information.

We installed the custom storage setup our Jimny XL just before a trip up to K’gari and it honestly made such a difference.
Before this, packing was always a bit chaotic and we had stuff everywhere. The seats not folding flat properly drove me nuts and gear would just slide around. With this setup everything feels way more organised and solid with no rattles even on sandy tracks!!
We had recovery gear in one drawer, cooking stuff in the other and the install was pretty straightforward too, maybe 20–25 mins first go and the video was super helpful!
Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The full power set-up is a significant investment, so I waited until I had put it through its paces before writing this review. Fundamentally, this system solved the exact problem I was facing: how to fit a lithium battery, a fridge, camping gear, and two Boston Terriers into a Jimny XL?! I am very happy with the outcome; it provides excellent flexibility and a high-quality finish.
Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Manufactured by OTS, the unit is incredibly solid and well-made. Once installed, it fits the Jimny perfectly and looks like a professional, factory-spec finish. I did encounter a minor alignment issue where the bolts didn't line up perfectly with the Jimny's factory body holes, but this hasn’t caused any long-term issues.
Installation: ⭐⭐⭐ The process is fairly straightforward, and the video instructions provided were clear and very helpful. I did run into a few setup hurdles that required assistance from the team, so it took a bit longer to install than I initially expected.
Support: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The support was outstanding. Both Malin at Explore Setups and the team at OTS provided excellent assistance to help me get everything sorted.
Usage: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This system has transformed my camping experience. I’ve used it to power a Dometic fridge, a portable shower unit, and various electronics with great results. The mobile app is a fantastic feature for monitoring power usage and ensuring everything is running smoothly. The ability to change configurations makes it a very versatile option for different trips.
Final Note: The setup is heavier than expected, so I have noticed a slight impact on fuel consumption, but for the utility it provides, it’s a fair trade-off.

This is an amazing set-up! So much thought and care has gone into this product by the team and I cannot wait to put it to its full capacity. As someone who uses their car for every day running around as well as off road, the drawer system and battery set up is a nice addition to the Jimmy XL.
